“Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing our websites or products and accepting these terms. “The Company”, “We”, “Ourselves” and “Us” refer to Aivonic AB. “Party” or “Parties” refers to both you and us.
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Aivonic, you agree to use cookies in agreement with Aivonic’s Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details on each visit, to enable functionality and make the site easier to use.
Unless otherwise stated, Aivonic and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Aivonic. All rights are reserved. You may access this material for your personal use subject to the restrictions in these terms.
You must not: republish material from Aivonic; sell, rent, or sub-license material from Aivonic; reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Aivonic; or redistribute content from Aivonic.
Parts of our products let users post and exchange content and opinions. Such content reflects the views of the person who posts it, not Aivonic. To the extent permitted by law, Aivonic is not liable for user-posted content or any resulting liability, damages, or expenses. We reserve the right to monitor content and remove anything we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.
You warrant that you are entitled to post any content you submit, that it does not infringe any third-party rights, that it is not defamatory or unlawful, and that it will not be used to solicit business or unlawful activity. You grant Aivonic a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit content you submit as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You retain ownership of the content you create or upload; you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it to provide the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
Where you use the service to process personal data of other people — your contacts, your leads, the people you send outreach to, your own customers and end users — you are the data controller and Aivonic is your data processor under the GDPR.
Our Data Processing Agreement, published at aivonic.ai/legal/dpa, forms part of these terms and is the parties’ agreement for the purposes of Article 28 of the GDPR. It applies automatically from the moment you start using the service; no separate signature is required. Where it and these terms differ on a data-protection matter, the Data Processing Agreement governs.
It sets out what we process for you and on what instructions, the technical and organisational measures we apply, how we handle a personal data breach, and what happens to your data when you leave.
The third parties that may process personal data on your behalf are listed at aivonic.ai/legal/subprocessors. You give general authorisation for those sub-processors, and we give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing one, so you have the opportunity to object.
Where you use the outreach features, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you load into the service, and for complying with applicable e-privacy and anti-spam law.
If your organisation needs a countersigned copy of the Data Processing Agreement for its own records, request one at privacy@aivonic.ai.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no infringement of others’ rights, no attempts to breach security or disrupt the service, and no use of automated agents in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
We are not responsible for content that appears on your own website or channels. You agree to defend us against claims arising from your content. No link or content should be libelous, obscene, criminal, or infringing of third-party rights.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our websites and products constitutes acceptance of the changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our websites and products. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or any liability that may not be limited under applicable law.
These Terms of Service were last updated on July 29, 2026. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
